Leslie Sansone created Walk At Home over 30 years ago.
WALK4Memory is based on this program, but a bit gentler and of course, includes music, qi gong and other multi-sensory activities.
Our class is only ONE TIME PER MONTH, so other weeks
you Can PRACTICE walking at home, with
Leslie's Beginner Class to build your fitness.
No songs...... but you can add some music and SING anyway!
