          Fitness for ALL               

Low impact aerobic program that offers a very EAST TO FOLLOW but effective series of 4 simple, low impact movements done to familiar songs that is well suited to a person living with early stage/young onset Alzheimer's disease or other form of dementia.   Each 15 minute segment replicates a MILE of walking so even short sessions can bring increased fitness!
